Shop Selling Crockery and Other Earthenware Products 3310

Since the shops were open only on market days, they were simple thatched-roofed structures with mats hung on both sides in place of walls and wooden posts used as pillars. The market was open on the fourth, fourteenth and twenty-fourth of each month and numerous goods were displayed on these days. The shop displayed here is selling crockery and other earthenware products. On the other days of the month, it was a quiet atmosphere as none of the stores were open and the marketplace was deserted.
