The shop you see here is open on a non-market day. We assume that as the city developed, some permanent shops began to be established. The roof and walls are made of wooden panels with standard specifications and the door and window in the front use bamboo mats. The shop, though not as warm as a mud structure, has excellent ventilation. Products are displayed outside the store in cabinets with legs. These display cabinets are the precursors of modern day shop windows. The shop displayed here is selling cloth.
